HOW TO ORDER
1. Browse through our product, before processing your order, upload first your Design (If you choose to do your own design) and only than you can make your payment. you can also send us your design via email at: [email protected].
It is important that you read our design guide manual before you send us your design. We only accept JPEGs or PDF, but we prefer JPEGs. Also make sure that your design is design according to the standard required - 300dpi
At ELVACOM.COM orders are placed fast and easy. Simply follow the order process and make your selections. All available options are displayed. Make a selection for every product by clicking "add to cart" option, you will then be transferred to our checkout page, you can either checkout or continue shopping. Also from their you can also increase the quantity of your products.
After checking out, you will be asked to pay either with your PayPal account or by Debit/Credit cards. If you choose the "PayPal option", you will be required to enter your PayPal email and password to login your account (Note that we have no access to those information, So have peace of mind about your information). And if you choose Debit/Credit card. you will be required to enter your personal details and your bank details. Once your payment as gone through, we will than process your order. First of all, we will check your design and advice you if it is requires changes and process your printing.
Our Free delivery only include UK address (England, Wales, Northern Ireland, and Scotland)

1. Log in to your account, or register as new customer.
2. Select a delivery option and complete the address forms. Click “Pay”.
3. Select a payment option. Please read the corresponding information and click “Continue”.
4. Check that the order details and addresses are correct.
5. Read and agree to the General Terms and Conditions
6. Your order has been registered and you will receive an email confirmation shortly.
7. You can Upload your files up to a data volume of 500 MB. You can upload your artwork files immediately before placing your order
8. You can upload your file as JPEGs or PDF files.
9. We check your artwork files for free with the basic data check and suggest changes to you if necessary.

information about the product selected. Please read the instructions carefully.
